The Summit Cocktail

Drop your pack and take in the view! You've arrived at The Summit; the perfectly boozy, herbal, and bright finish to a long hike or a long week.

• 1 1/2oz Irish Whiskey
• 1oz pear liqueur
• 1/2oz simple syrup
• Absinthe rinse
• 3 dashes Strongwater Riza Bitters
• 3 dashes Strongwater Tamer Bitters
• Orange peel garnish

Rinse cocktail glass with absinthe and discard. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, strain and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
