Pat Sage Act Cocktail Recipe

(THE KITCHEN, DENVER, CO)

• 1 oz gin
• 2 tablespoons Strongwater Peach Rose Shrub
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 3 muddled sage leaves

Muddle sage leaves in shaker, add ingredients and shake cocktail with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora Glass. Garnish with single basil leaf.
